Enduring Forms: Aesop at London Design Festival

A pragmatic—yet poetic—approach to store design

During the 2025 London Design Festival, you are warmly invited to explore Enduring Forms—an exhibition housed within our newly opened signature store at One New Change. This space features an interior built entirely from re-employed materials and governed by circular principles.

Through the installation, discover how we create unique retail spaces that act as odes to the neighbourhoods and streetscapes they inhabit—an approach that has enabled us to embed sustainability in creative ways. Themes include local collaborations and craftsmanship, the revival of vintage and pre-loved pieces, designing with waste reduction in mind from the outset, and revealing the inherent beauty of existing architecture through minimal intervention.

Since its creation in 1987, Aesop has taken a pragmatic approach to design—opening stores that fit in their neighbourhood, using local materials and reused furniture. From 13 to 19 September, the brand invites curious minds to explore the rationale behind our method.

The exhibit will be open from 13 to 19 September. Aesop One New Change, 18 Cheapside, One New Change, London, EC2V 6AH
