They remain redeemable in our Signature Stores—simply present your Gift Card number to one of our Consultants at the time of purchase. This pause will extend for a number of months, and we sincerely appreciate your patience as we work to reinstate online redemption in the future. If you are based remotely or unable to visit a Signature Store, we encourage you to place your order online before 23 September 2025. This Gift Card is redeemable in United Kingdom only. Change your location to purchase a Digital Gift Card for a recipient abroad. Kindly note that Digital Gift Cards are sent directly to the recipient's email address upon purchase. To maintain surprise and delight, we recommend sending the card to your own email address to forward closer to festivities.
